  • What happens if I need to postpone my wedding due to Covid 19?

    If Covid restrictions prevent your wedding from taking place, we will do our very best to work with you and reschedule your date. If we are not available, we will refund your deposit.

  • Will I be charged extra if I need to reschedule due to Covid 19?

    No extra charges are required if government restrictions prevent your wedding from taking place. We will transfer your deposit to your new date and the final payment will be required 4 weeks before the wedding.

  • Can you hold a provisional date in case Covid 19 prevents our wedding from taking place?

    Yes, we can hold provisional dates, but we do require an additional deposit for this.

  • We wish to cancel our wedding due to covid 19 restrictions, can we have our deposit back?

    Sorry, deposits are non-refundable unless we are unavailable for your new rescheduled date.

  • Do you record all of the ceremony and speeches?

    Yes, we always record all of the ceremony and speeches from several angles.

  • Can we upgrade our package after the wedding?

    Yes, we film all of our weddings the same, regardless of which package you choose, this gives you the option to upgrade your package after the wedding.

  • Can our family and friends download the films from the online web page?

    Yes, you can share the link with your family and friends, they will be able to download the films as they wish.

  • Are the films HD?

    Yes, your films are supplied in glorious high definition.

  • Where are you based?

    We are based near Desborough in Northamptonshire and Narberth in Pembrokeshire and we cover all of England & Wales.

  • Do you charge travelling expenses?

    All travelling fees are included in our packages.

  • Are there any hidden costs?

    Our pricing is completely transparent, what you see is what you get.

  • Why do you put your prices on your website when other videographers do not?

    We believe honesty is the best policy, many suppliers work out a quote when they have your venue and wedding information, this gives them an idea of how much to quote. For us, this just isn’t right, we charge one price for all.

  • Can you film the bride and groom preparations?

    Yes, we can, if you are both getting ready at the same venue, quite often Ian can cover both preps himself. If you are getting ready at separate locations then we would highly recommend booking our second videographer. The price for this is an additional £500 and can be added to any of the 3 packages. Having a second videographer will also mean having more angles covered throughout the whole day.

  • Who will film our wedding and do you subcontract?

    We never subcontract out our wedding videography or editing. Our style is our style. Every wedding will be covered by Ian and when a second videographer is required, Ian will be supported by either Jay or Jamie, both exceptionally talented videographers.

  • Are you insured?

    Yes, we are fully insured for public liability and professional indemnity. We are happy to send these documents to your venue if required.

  • Do you travel abroad?

    We do not travel abroad for destination weddings, we have a young family and spending time together is very important to us.

  • When can we expect our films to be delivered after the wedding?

    We aim to deliver your wedding films between 10 and 12 weeks from your wedding date. We believe an edit should never be rushed. During this time your footage will be backed up, cut and edited in house. If you would like to relive your wedding sooner, you can order our 1-minute teaser which we will deliver one week after your wedding. The price for this is £95 and must be ordered before the wedding so we can schedule the time.

  • Can we choose a pop song for our wedding film?

    Unfortunately not, we can only supply our films with licensed music. We pay for the music ourselves and have a huge library to choose from. In most cases our couples are more than happy for us to choose the music for their film, but should you wish, we are more than happy to send you a selection before we edit the film, for your approval.

  • Are you discreet?

    We pride ourselves on being discreet. capturing your wedding naturally, is what it’s all about for us, quite often our couples say they do not even notice we are there.

  • Do you use massive video cameras, lighting rigs and boom mic’s

    Our equipment is as discreet as us. We use state of the art professional grade video gear and tiny clip-on lav mics, the only time we may use a light, is on the dance floor. This would generally be positioned near the band or DJ, so it will not be noticed.

  • How do we book?

    Booking is really easy and all takes place online. Firstly we send over our questionnaire for you to fill out. When we have this back, we then send over our videography agreement which requires an E-signature and the invoice for your deposit. When the deposit has been paid we will issue you a receipt, your remaining balance will be due 4 weeks before the wedding day.

  • How much is the deposit?

    Our deposit fee is £400 This will secure your wedding date.

  • How far in advance should we book?

    As soon as you have confirmed your venue we recommend booking your photographer and videographer.

  • Can you recommend a good photographer?
